Add a meaningful celebratory note to your Thanksgiving this year with an evening at Natirar for our inaugural Chefsgiving holiday dinner, featuring the culinary talents of our leading chefs. A portion of the proceeds will be dontated to the Somerset County Food Bank. Reservations are required.

Classic French Bouillabaisse | Clams, mussels, shrimp and halibut in a fragrant lobster broth, served with a crisp crouton and traditional rouille.

Local Cider-Braised Beef Cheeks | Paired with kabocha squash, braised red cabbage, kale gnocchi, and finished with a meyer lemon & hazelnut gremolata.

Dessert

Dickinson Pumpkin Cheesecake | Accented with New Jersey maple chantilly cream, pepita crumble, and cranberry gel.
