Well, the groundhog saw his shadow but we at Ninety Acres won't let 6 more weeks of winter dampen our mood; the cold months are the best time to enjoy a full bodied red wine anyway! On February 2nd, Ninety Acres Culinary Center debuted "Bring Me Food" dining. WIth local food at Chef David Felton's fingertips, it's fitting that a daily tasting menu be offered...only with a Natirar style-twist. Instead of being presented with a conventional a la carte menu, diners receive a list of ingredients that will be used to create a 5-course tasting menu consisting of appetizer, fish, meat, cheese and dessert for $75.
